Wow this company is fantastic! Called and left a message and Don called me back - same day. Was looking for a company to clean our old, filthy office tile. Don came the next day to take a look and provided us a reasonable price. Scheduled the following week - after hours. What method do you use to clean carpets?

We use steam / hot water extraction method. This is the method that is recommended by most carpet manufacturers.

Do you move furniture?

We move the smaller pieces of furniture such as a couch, love seat, chairs, end tables etc.

What do I do to prepare to have my carpets cleaned?

Before our arrival we ask that you pick up the small items and pre-vacuum the areas that you want cleaned. However, If you would like we can vacuum for you for an additional charge.

How long will I have to stay off of the carpets after they have been cleaned?

You can walk on the carpets immediately but we recommend at least a few hours before heavy foot traffic.

How long will it take for my carpets and upholstered furniture to dry?

Its hard to give a precise answer given the different factors involved. Temperature and humidity, in addition to the condition of your carpeting is a factor in drying times. Topical applications such as Scotchguard can also vary drying times.. The carpets will start to dry in as little as a few hours but it usually takes over night to dry completely.

Do you use anything in your cleaning process that is harmful to me, my children or my pets?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! All of the cleaning agents that we use are safe for people and pets.

What defines an "area"?

Any area up to 250 s/f or a set of stairs up to 15 steps & 1 landing.
